The space

Ideally located just a few minutes from the charming village center and its shops, the house offers quick access to the bay's most beautiful beaches and coastal trails.
This 160m² house, designed to accommodate 14 guests, is divided into two sections.

First section:
- Entrance hall with storage space
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table, and TV
- Dining room with a large table
- Open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen: refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, oven
- Separate WC

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 3: double bed (180×200)
- Bedroom 4: five single beds (90×190)
- Bedroom 5: double bed (160×200)
- Bedroom 6: two single beds (90×190)
- One shower room
- One bathroom with bathtub
- Separate WC

Second section:
- Living room with sofa and coffee table
- Dining area
- Open-plan fully fitted and equipped kitchen
- Separate WC

Both sections are connected through the garage, where you will find the washing machine and tumble dryer.

Outdoors:
- Large unfenced plot of 4,000m²
- Terrace with garden furniture
- Free parking in front of the house

Enjoy our professional linen option at a very attractive price.
Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected, complying with ISO 9001 and RABC standards.
If you do not wish to subscribe, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to ask about the exact bedding sizes after booking to best prepare for your trip.
Pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, trash bags, and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.
Rate per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 guests, €45 incl. VAT for 3 guests, €55 incl. VAT for 4 guests + €10 incl. VAT per additional guest.
The linen option includes: Full bed set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per shower room/bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
