The 25m² studio features:

- 1st sleeping area with a trundle bed
- Living room with a 140x190 sofa bed, coffee table, and TV
- Fully equipped kitchen area: refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker
- Bathroom with WC and washing machine

You also have a lovely private, furnished, south-facing terrace.

Pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, trash bags, and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Rate per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 guests, €45 incl. VAT for 3 guests, €55 incl. VAT for 4 guests + €10 incl. VAT per additional guest.
