This 52m² apartment, located on the second floor of a quiet residential building, consists of:
- Private entrance with storage space.
- Living room with sofa, coffee table, and TV.
- Dining area for 4 people.
- Open, fully fitted and equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher).
- Shower room with toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with a 140/190 sofa bed.
- Bedroom 2 (connecting room) with a 160/200 double bed and storage space.
- Toilet with hand basin.

Enjoy the terrace with garden furniture and its private underground garage within the residence.

Pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, trash bags, and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Rate per stay: €35 (incl. tax) for 2 guests, €45 (incl. tax) for 3 guests, €55 (incl. tax) for 4 guests + €10 (incl. tax) per additional guest.

The linen option includes: Full bed set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per shower room, bath towels, kitchen towels.
