Outside, a spacious 700-square-meter garden (unfenced) awaits you for moments of relaxation in the fresh air. The village of Erdeven, with its shops, bars, and restaurants, is just 10 minutes away, offering the perfect balance between seaside tranquility and local vibrancy.

The house features:

- Living area including a dining space for 8 people and a lounge with a sofa, coffee table, and TV.
- Open, fully furnished and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.
- Convenient utility room with washing machine.
- Bedroom 1 (Ground floor): one queen-size bed (160x200 cm), storage, and its own private shower room.
- Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x190) and storage.
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), storage, and a desk area.
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190) and storage.
- Bathroom: with corner bathtub and toilet.

Outside:
- Large garden (not fenced).
- Furnished terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
- Parking: free and easy in the house’s private driveway.

Pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, trash bags, and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Rate per stay: €35 (tax included) for 2 people, €45 (tax included) for 3 people, €55 (tax included) for 4 people, plus €10 (tax included) per additional person.

The linens option includes: Complete bedding set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels.
