The cottage features:
- Private entrance through the garden.
- Living area comprising a living room with a sofa and TV, as well as a cozy dining area for 4 people.
- Open-concept kitchen, fully furnished and equipped: refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, and coffee maker.
- Shower room with toilet.

Upstairs: (fairly steep staircase)
- Bedroom 1: one queen-size bed (160x200 cm) with storage.
- Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190 cm) and storage.

Outside:
- Enclosed garden of 40 m²
- Furnished terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.
- Parking: Private parking space No. 82 at the entrance to the residence.

Pillows, duvets, mattress protectors, trash bags, and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Rate per stay: €35 (tax included) for 2 people, €45 (tax included) for 3 people, €55 (tax included) for 4 people, plus €10 (tax included) per additional person.

The linens option includes: Complete bedding set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels.
