- Bedroom 1: Double bed (160x200) with en-suite shower room.
- Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 2: Double bed (160x200) and walk-in wardrobe.
- Bedroom 3: Two single beds (90x200), convertible into a large double bed (180x200), with storage and a desk area.
- Bedroom 4: Pull-out single bed (80x190) and storage.
- Bedroom 5: Three single beds (90x200), storage, books and board games available.
- Bathroom: Bath and heated towel rail.
- Separate toilet.

Outside:
- Enclosed garden of 525 m² with lovely trees.
- Terrace equipped with garden furniture (table, chairs and parasols) for al fresco dining.

Bed linen and towels are not included in your stay.
Take advantage of the professional linen option at a very attractive price.
Premium, hotel-quality, ironed linen, disinfected and compliant with ISO 9001 and RABC standards.

If you do not wish to take up this option, you may choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact bedding sizes after booking so that you can best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: a full set of bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels and kitchen tea towels.
