The space

Spread over three floors to take in the sea view, the house has three bedrooms that can comfortably accommodate six people. Fully equipped for your comfort, it stands out for its two terraces and private hot tub, perfect for relaxing to the sound of the waves.

The location is simply unique: the most beautiful beaches and the village centre with all its amenities are just a 2-minute walk away. You can therefore make the most of the local atmosphere and the magnificent Larmor market on Sunday mornings without needing to use your car.

It comprises:

Ground floor:
- Entrance hall with storage.
- Bedroom 1 with double bed (140x190) and storage.
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (160x200), storage and desk area.
- Shower room with double washbasin.
- Separate toilet.
- Terrace with garden furniture and sea-view jacuzzi.

On the first floor:
- Living room with sofa, armchairs, coffee table and television.
- Dining area with sea view and a cosy entertaining space.
- Open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker).
- Second terrace with garden furniture, table, chairs and barbecue.

On the second floor:
- Bedroom 3 with a double bed (160x200), a desk area and a walk-in wardrobe.
- Shower room with double washbasins.
- Separate toilet.

Additional facilities:
The house has a washing machine and a tumble dryer in the basement. You can park a car in the house’s private driveway.

The hot tub is open and accessible all year round.

Bed linen and towels are not included in your stay.
Take advantage of the professional linen option at a very attractive price.
Premium, hotel-quality, ironed linen, disinfected and compliant with ISO 9001 and RABC standards.

If you do not wish to take this option, you may choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact bedding sizes after booking so that you can best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: a full set of bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels and kitchen tea towels.
