The 28 m² studio sleeps two and is on the first floor of a block of flats without a lift.

It comprises:

- Living area with sofa, coffee table and television - Sleeping area with a 140x200 cm fold-away bed and storage
- Dining area for 4 people
- Open-plan fitted kitchen with microwave, fridge, hob, toaster, kettle, coffee maker and washing machine
- Shower room with toilet
- Terrace with garden furniture

This apartment does not have a parking space; parking is available on the street.

Premium, hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected and compliant with ISO 9001 and RABC standards.

If you do not wish to take this option, you may choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact bedding sizes after booking so that you can best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: a full set of bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels and kitchen tea towels.
