This magnificent 190-square-meter villa can comfortably accommodate 14 people in its five bedrooms. Located in a quiet, upscale neighborhood of Carnac-Plage, the peace and quiet of the surroundings must be respected, and parties are strictly prohibited.

- Open-concept kitchen, fully furnished and equipped: oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, coffee maker.
- Dining area with a large dining table.
- Large living room with a sofa, coffee table, television, and stove.
- Sleeping area separated by curtains with a sofa bed (160x200) and its own private bathroom.
- Separate toilet.
- Garage with laundry area: washing machine, storage, additional refrigerator, and a shower area for when you return from the beach.

On the 1st floor:
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) and storage.
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190) in a bunk bed configuration, with a desk area.
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (160x200) and storage.
- Bedroom 4: with a double bed (160x200) and storage.
- Bathroom with a bathtub and a dryer.
- Separate toilet.

On the 2nd floor:
- Bedroom 5: with four single beds (90x190) and storage.
- Children’s area with a playhouse, reading corner, books, and board games.

Outside:
- Large enclosed garden of 890 m², with trees and flowers.
- Terrace with garden furniture: table, chairs, and lounge chairs.
- Barbecue.
- One parking space in the driveway; otherwise, free street parking.
