This magnificent 250 m² property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people thanks to its 4 bedrooms. It is nestled in the heart of a vast 6,000 m² private plot (unfenced) featuring a small pond, an old bread oven and a swing.

Situated in a small, family-friendly hamlet, the peace and tranquillity of the surroundings must be respected.

The ground floor comprises:
- Living area: a spacious lounge with a sofa, armchairs, coffee table and television.
- Fully fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, hob, fridge, toaster, kettle and coffee maker).
- Bedroom with two single beds (80x190).
- Bathroom with bath.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 / Bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- Bedroom 2 with two single bunk beds (80x190) and storage.
- Bedroom 3 with a single bed (80x190) and a study area.
- Shower room and toilet.

In the attic:
- Bedroom 4: a spacious attic suite with a double bed (140x190).

Outside:
- Private grounds of 6,000 m², a true natural haven.
- Terrace dining area with garden furniture and barbecue for your summer evenings.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: a complete bed linen set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels and kitchen tea towels.
