- Open-plan fitted kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, plus a dining area.
- Bathroom with shower and toilet.

Upstairs:
- Bedroom 1 with a double bed (140x190) and storage.
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x190), storage and a desk area for two people (ideal for working from home).

Outside:
- Private garden of 50 m² with a furnished terrace and barbecue.
- Shed: located at the entrance to the house, housing the
washing machine and providing secure storage for your bikes.
- Parking: one private parking space within the residence.
