The space

The location perfectly combines absolute tranquillity with proximity to the coast. A lovely 15-minute walk takes you to the fine sandy beaches, whilst the village and its amenities are just a 5-minute drive away. It is the ideal retreat for those wishing to unwind, enjoy the birdsong on the terrace and explore the coastal paths of Clohars-Carnoët at their leisure.

This 100 m² house can accommodate up to 7 people. It is situated on private land comprising two houses.

- Dining area with a table for 6–7 people
- Fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, dishwasher, freezer

- Shower room with shower, double washbasin and washing machine
- Separate toilet

Upstairs:
- Games and relaxation room with a single sofa bed, coffee table, beanbags, table and board games
- Bedroom 2 with two single beds (90x200 cm) and storage
- Bedroom 3 with two single beds (90x200 cm) and storage

Outside:
- Private parking space at the entrance to the property
- Terrace with garden furniture and barbecue
- Private, unfenced garden area

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: a full set of bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels and kitchen tea towels.
