The space

This 42 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people thanks to its separate bedroom and sofa bed in the living room.
You will have a private, secure parking space inside the residence.

Close to everything and located opposite the beaches (just across the street), it is an ideal setting for a relaxing holiday.

The apartment comprises:
- A private entrance hall with storage space
- A bright living room with lounge area, sofa, coffee table and television
- A dining area with dining table
- An open-plan, fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, air fryer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, hob
- A bedroom with a 160x200 double bed and storage space
- A bathroom with a bath, WC and washer-dryer

- A tree-lined and carefully maintained residence

- A communal swimming pool, open from 1 April to 30 September and heated from 1 June to 30 September

Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected, complying with ISO 9001 and RABC standards.

If you do not wish to subscribe to this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of the bedding after making your booking so that you can prepare for your trip as well as possible.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: £35 including VAT for 2 people, £45 including VAT for 3 people, £55 including VAT for 4 people + £10 including VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: Complete bedding set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
