With a surface area of 26 m², this studio is perfectly designed to comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
Located on the 1st floor without a lift, it does not have a separate bedroom, but offers a sleeping area in the entrance hall and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room.
Functional and pleasant to live in, it is the ideal accommodation for a simple and peaceful holiday, just a stone's throw from the sea.

It has:
- A private entrance hall with storage space and a washing machine.
- A shower room with WC.
- A first sleeping area with two bunk beds.
- A living area with a sofa bed, coffee table and television.
- A dining area for 4 people.
- An open-plan fitted and equipped kitchen: fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and coffee maker.

The studio also has a sheltered south-facing terrace with garden furniture.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: £35 including VAT for 2 people, £45 including VAT for 3 people, £55 including VAT for 4 people + £10 including VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: Complete bed linen set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
