Located on the 2nd floor without a lift in a quiet residence, this 80 m² flat offers the ideal setting for a comfortable stay in Lorient. Spacious and bright, it can accommodate up to 7 people, whether for holidays, business trips or family stays.

The flat has three spacious and bright bedrooms, as well as numerous amenities designed for your comfort.

It consists of:
- A private entrance with storage space.
- A cosy living room with a sofa, coffee table, television and dining table.
- A separate, fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and washing machine.
- Bedroom 1: 140×190 cm double bed with storage space.
- Bedroom 2: 140×190 cm double bed with storage space.
- Bedroom 3: one 140×190 cm double bed and one 90×190 cm single bed, with storage space.
- A shower room.
- Separate WC.

Free parking is available on the street.

If you do not wish to subscribe to this service, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of the bedding after making your booking so that you can prepare for your trip as well as possible.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin bags and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: £35 including VAT for 2 people, £45 including VAT for 3 people, £55 including VAT for 4 people + £10 including VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes: Complete bedding set (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
