Located in Saint-Hélène, a charming village between land and sea, the house benefits from its proximity to the village and its shops, while remaining just a few minutes from the beaches and coastline.
With a surface area of 145 m², it can accommodate up to 10 people in optimal comfort thanks to its spacious rooms, its bright veranda opening onto the outside and its large garden, ideal for enjoying sunny days and shared moments.
The house is located in a quiet, family-friendly hamlet, so respect for the neighbourhood and peace and quiet is essential.
