This 27 m² studio can comfortably accommodate 2 people.

- A mezzanine bedroom, accessible by a ladder, with a 140x200 bed.
- An open-plan, fitted and equipped kitchen: oven, refrigerator, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, and dishwasher.
- A bathroom with bathtub and sink.
- A closet with washing machine.
