- Separate toilet.

Upstairs:
- Sleeping area with two single beds (80 cm).
- Bedroom with double bed (160 cm) and storage space.
- Shower room with toilet.

Outside:
- Large garden (173 m2).
- Terrace with garden furniture, table and chairs, outdoor seating.
- Jacuzzi open all year round, sheltered from the wind and overlooking.
- Basement with washing machine, where you can store bicycles.

You can park in front of the house (one large car or two small ones).
