This 90m2 house can accommodate up to 6 people (3 bedrooms).

First floor:

- Living room with sofas, coffee table, flat-screen TV and speaker.
- Large fully-equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, kettle, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster...)
- Separate WC
- Accessible garage with washing machine

1st floor:
- Bedroom with double bed (160cm) and chest of drawers
- Bedroom with double bed (160cm) and dressing/cloakroom
- Bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm) and chest of drawers
- Bathroom with shower, vanity unit, heated towel rail, wall-hung WC and hairdryer.

Exterior:
- Terrace with awning and enclosed garden.
- Garden furniture (charcoal barbecue, dining table)

Wi-Fi available.
Access to Ploemeur town center: 5 min walk.
Lorient city center access: 12min by car.
Beaches 5 min by car and 13 min by bike: surf spot, surf/sailing school, restaurants, bar, cookie shops.
Private parking space.
Pets not allowed. Parties strictly forbidden and controlled.
Free sports complex opposite the house: skate park, tennis court, zip line, children's playground...)

Bed linen and towels are not included in your stay.
Take advantage of the professional linen option at a very attractive price.
Premium hotel-quality ironed linen, disinfected to ISO 9001 and RABC standards.

If you do not wish to take out this option, you can choose to bring your own sheets. In this case, we invite you to enquire about the exact sizes of bedding after your reservation in order to best prepare for your trip.

Pillows, duvets and mattress protectors, bin liners and toilet paper will be provided free of charge.

Price per stay: €35 incl. VAT for 2 people, €45 incl. VAT for 3 people, €55 incl. VAT for 4 people + €10 incl. VAT per additional person.

The linen option includes : Complete bed linen (pillowcases, duvet covers, fitted sheets), one bath mat per bathroom, bath towels, kitchen towels).
